This webinar will provide Alliance members with a clear overview of the renewed role of ALLPROS.eu 2029 and introduce the new Secretariat partners supporting the initiative. As the project enters its next phase, the session will outline how the Secretariat contributes to the activities of the Industrial Alliance for Processors and Semiconductor Technologies and its Working Groups, while encouraging stronger collaboration across Europe’s semiconductor ecosystem.
The webinar will also offer insights into the broader European semiconductor landscape, highlighting synergies with key European initiatives, and relevant industry associations. Participants will gain a better understanding of the project’s strategic priorities, ongoing activities, and opportunities for engagement in the coming phase of work.

Deputy Head of Unit - 'Microelectronics and Photonics' at the European Commission

Arian Zwegers serves as a Deputy Head of Unit responsible for Microelectronics & Photonics, leading implementation of the EU Chips Act. He earned his PhD from the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands for his work in the field of system architecting. Prior to joining the Commission, he held positions at Philips Electronics' Centre for Manufacturing Technology, Baan Development, and PlatteConsult. During his time at the Commission, his work has spanned enterprise interoperability, service engineering, and the Future Internet Public-Private Partnership.

Emilie Jolivet is Director, Consulting Services at Yole Group. Drawing on her semiconductor industry background, she leads a team of analysts focused on custom projects, market research, and strategy consulting, while managing relationships with leading semiconductor companies. Previously, she headed Yole Group's Memory & Computing activities, covering packaging, manufacturing, memory, and software & computing. She holds a Master's in Applied Physics (Microelectronics) from INSA Toulouse and an MBA from IAE Lyon. Her career includes seven years as an R&D engineer in photovoltaics and a role in business development at EV Group (Austria) before joining Yole Développement in 2016.

Dr. Roberta Fabrizi  works as  Research Analyst at Trust-IT Services S.r.l. and is part of the ALLPROS.eu 2029 Digital Europe project which acts as the Secretariat to the Industrial Alliance for Semiconductors. Food technologist by training Roberta holds a PhD in Animal and Plant Sciences from the University of Sheffield's Grantham Centre for Sustainable Futures, UK. In her research she looked at the way innovation is perceived and portrayed in moments of economic shift and political uncertainty. Today Roberta uses her skills in science communication, capacity building and knowledge exchange to create science dissemination content and to support EU-funded projects' communication activities and stakeholder engagement. At Trust-IT Services, Roberta puts her passion for scientific storytelling into practice by supporting the European digital innovation, sustainability and Earth Science.
